one year now... after my surgery...

one year and one month after my surgery...not 100 percent yet...still feel a bit not comfortable on my wounds...dischage from the clinic...remain 3 pills...will follow up with ultra sounds in January 2013, then check the result with my specialist....Dr. Granham Wong.

Should be on diet and exercise...not easy to do the perfect 10...130 lbs...need to lose some weight...

10 months now, I am trying to be healthy...eat fruits and veggie...still not 100 percent yet...on the way to recover...

April 11, 2012....9 months now

Coming to 9 months now after my heart surgery, the wounds still not totally healed yet...still feel tight and slightly pain inside...hopefully it`s just the skin is trying to put it together...no clue what`s happening...the doctor and nurse don`t seem to care...they assume it will heal by itself.
Last week, I have an Ultra sounds, this week I will go and see the report and everything is looking good...back to work now. Eat health, exercise and watch for the salt in take, no salt is better.
