Finished all my Rehab classes..Haleluya

Last class today, what I need to do ...is to keep on my exercise on my own. tell you, it`s not easy..thinking to join a gym...money and time...walking is the cheaper exercise, but the weather is the main key of this exercise, the weather is still cold, hard to get out on your feet.

My goal : to lose 10 lbs...when I started to do the exercise, I weighted 126 lbs...now, I am 134 lbs today. not enough exercise...so I make up my mind today, I must lose 10 lbs and sleep earlier, may be before 12:00pm the latest... get up early and do my exercise...drink 6-8 glasses of water...today is March 8, 2012...will update you after one months.

Still not working Full time yet...hoping to finish all my appiontments for the doctors...who will understand my situation if I have a new job...!!! God will provide, I trust in Him and just keep it as God`s plan for me. Money will come...Trust and Believe and have faith.

Make so much different if you have a supportive husband before and after your heart surgery

He stays beside you
He takes care of you
He keeps you company
He does all the cleaning in the house
He cooks for you before and after your surgery
I do some cooking now after 4 months of the surgery
We went for holidays...actually, it`s better to go away, because you both are in a happy stage...Hawaii is the best place to go...see the sunset and go for walks...the best place to relax and make your mind open. We love Hawaii...wish we have all the bills paid off and we just stay in Hawaii and enjoy our life.
Thank you God and thank you for my lovely husband.

Finished my 9 weeks - Education Classes

Exercise..Eat Well..Cut salt...Sleep Well...Watch for the water intake - 1.5 litre max per day.
Exercise 4-5 times per week...walking is the best exercise...half an hour to one hour.
Eat well: veggie and fruits..no oil no fat no junk food.
Do not put salt in your food, no eating out, no Chinese Food outside.
Sleep well, try to sleep before 10:00pm and wake up early, exercise and keep yourself busy...then you may sleep good, sleeping pill may help, but not too good if you depend on it.

Just to make sure your heart go well...
If you think you will eliminate your medicines after the heart surgery, no.... you take even more...you need the medicines to stable your heart beats....sometimes you don`t understand why bother to do the surgery, you should have stayed on your medicines...I felt fine before the surgery...just don`t know the fact. Well, it`s done, it`s done...get on your life!
