16 weeks now - healthy soup

See the NP yesterday...everything looks ok...change the dose of Mylan-Carvedilol 3.125mg x2 twice a day (Beta-blocker. Improves heart function and survival in heart failure, reduces heart rate)

3 months plus 11 days

Everything is going well
Spend most of my time with family
Cooking a bit
Bake a bit
Not ready for work yet
Still in a resting mode
Thank God for the computer
I can type and type out my feeling
Still on four pills in my medication
Wounds still tight sometimes
Cannot sleep well last and this week
May be I am still thinking what to do next
Need a holiday.....release some kind of stress
Where to go ....got to see my sisters and brothers
It's kind of sad not to see your own brothers and sisters
Thank God for the Facebook
I can see them time to time
Not in person...at least.. How do they look like now
Thank God... forever

13 weeks after my surgery

eat normal now
should watch out the salt and water in take
warfarin off now...no more blood test
medication : ASA 81 mg, Candesartan 16 mg, Carvedilol 3.125 mg (twice a day) and Spironolactone 25 mg
exercise - walking to make the heart stronger
lose 7 lbs is a goal

Another day after my surgery

Wow....it`s another day

Thank God for each day

It`s your new life

What should I do

If I have a lot of money

I will not work any more

I will travel around the world

I will enjoy my life fully

For now, I have to rest

I don`t think of work

Because I need to rest

Almost 3 months...next week the 11th will be my 3 months after my surgery

I will see the PN next week and hope my heart is ok after the surgery

Feel a bit tight on the chest these week

Still wondering if it`s the heart

Feeling hot....sweat...on and off

Well, something to learn every day

It`s a puzzel ...try to finish and complete the picture

Quite emotional sometimes

Feeling blues all the time

It`s the effect of the medicines

Sometime you wish you are told you are ok now

But the doctor also not sure

Because they cannot see your heart

They only assume it should be ok

That`s make you wonder if you are really ok

They should have see you every day

Make sure everything go ok

They should have show you the x-ray

Confirm you will be ok
