Try to exercise myself daily...not easy...less than 15 mins
Still on 4 kinds of medicines, they still want to increase the dose of Mylan-carvedilol 12.5 mg for the morning and 25 mg for the night!
My doctor said, after your surgery you don`t have to take the pills...wrong!...even more
Well, trust the doctor...now, I am starting to look for jobs near my house, not easy also...because you have to start over again....so pressure on and so many sleepless nights! Take sleeping pill...it is ok!

My incision - very short but just for reference
Just to show you my incision after the open heart surgery...sometimes it`s good to compare to your incision.
Happy New Year - 4 more days that will be my 7 months after my heart valve surgery
Almost 7 months, finally I am driving and try to get back to normal life. still waiting for my boss to call me back to work...have to think positive and positive.Still have trouble to sleep deep, woke up time to time.
Going exercise classes Tuesday and Thursday.
Try to exercise on my own, if I remember.
Still on four pills.
Try to lose weight but not easy, I am 125 - 128lbs, still on the OK side.
Well, Keep up the good works...God bless.
