e.g. If your incisions still in pain, answer: Yes/No, sometimes... cannot explain... it's time to time!
Can you sleep at home? I guess... I try to sleep at 10:30pm, always wake up at 2:45/5:30/6:30... yesterday, I took a nap at 3:00pm - 5:00pm...
I try to adjust my time at home: Sleep at 10:00pm, wake up at 8:00am...do my exercise and computer... Breakfast at 8:30am, Lunch at 12:30pm & Dinner at 5:30pm... fruits for snacks in between...
Hospital schedule: we will be woke up to do the blood test at 6:30am, 7:30 Breakfast (medications before breakfast time), check your blood pressure/heart beat....do your own things till Lunch at 12:30pm... 2 more pills at 4:00pm, Dinner at 5:30pm... Night nurse come to say hello to you around 7 :00pm, She will check your blood pressure/heart beat... give you pills to sleep.... if everyone is easy on her, we can sleep at 7:30/8:00pm, if someone need more attention, you will only sleep at 10:00pm.... so, it's depend on the nurse... of course, you will wake up in the middle of the night... 2:30/3:30/4:30.... until you need to wake up for another day! One thing I like about St. Paul Hospital, all the nurses are very nice... keep the smiles... make you feel good for the day!
