Thank God for waking me up & passed the nights! Because I am Chinese... we eat chicken & ginger rice soup... chicken give you energy... ginger take away all the air in your body... anyway it's good for you, make sure no salt & no chicken skin... (put chicken/Ginger/Rice bring to a boil over 100 degree... small fire and about 1 hour... then it's or healthy chicken rice soup of today.... when we are young, we only eat congee when you are sick!!
