Very busy day... woke up & went for my blood test...INR was 4 last time, no Warfarin last night!?
Today, pick up the new dose... 1 mg; the doctor said 2 mg for tonight???
I took 1/2 of the sleeping pill last night, because I was worried about my wounds & the Warfarin??
Supposed to pick up the car... but they forgot to do the alignment??? so we went out for nothing? Anyway, We have a good day... exercise in IKEA... do my walking!
Still OK, life must go on ad thanks for a new day!
